Your licence

When you buy Fileknife you get a personal licence to use the app on the number of Macs your plan covers (1 or 3), on Macs you own or control. The licence is for you; please don't share your key publicly or resell it.

Refunds

Every purchase comes with a 7-day refund — buy it, try it properly on your own files, and if it's not for you, email us within 7 days for your money back.

What you can do with the output

Files you create with Fileknife are yours. We claim no rights over anything you process or produce.

Acceptable use

Use Fileknife lawfully and only on files you have the right to work with. Don't use it to infringe copyright, strip protections you're not allowed to remove, or break the law.

Updates

We may ship updates that add, change or remove features. All 1.x updates are included with your purchase.

No warranty; limitation of liability

Fileknife is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for lost data or other damages arising from use of the app. Always keep backups of important files.
